Jerry Lawson and Talk of The Town – Sing Off Episode 4 - Jerry Lawson and Talk of The Town performed the Otis Redding Medley on the group’s first performance.

As soon as the first episode of "The Sing-Off" aired, much of the debate about whether it was here or not R & B legend Jerry Lawson even supposed to be in the program. Is the most talented singer? Is certainly up there, but also has a bit of an unfair advantage because of their experience.

However, he is there - and his group Jerry Lawson and Talk of the town has the potential to reach the final. With Groove For Thought leaving Monday night, the real contenders have to be in this group and committed to go all the way to the end.

As the episode as a whole, there were some nice moments. These groups, each dealing with a classic rock, and then also sang a "guilty pleasure" number. Jerry Lawson, the highlight was easy to take one of the Rolling Stones "Satisfaction" that managed to do something different with the song at the same time entertaining. Meanwhile, committed overcame a mediocre performance before delivering a thrilling version of the Backstreet Boys' "I Want It that way," Nick Lachey host caused to make a joke about 98 degrees.
